Asked Questions 1. Is it safe to shop online
with you ?
Yes it is 100% Safe to shop online with us, WAGraphicDesigns use PayPal to
accept 100% Secure payments through there secure system.
2. What are your postage/delivery costs ?
All our prices are postage inclusive to the U.K mainland, we do not charge
postage on our orders, the total amount you see is what you pay! however if you
reside outside the U.K please contact us for postage costs first otherwise it's
simple as clicking the "Add To Cart" button & paying Via PayPal or the many
different choices of Card payments accepted! Design postage are obviously free
as you will receive them Via E-Mail.
3. What about V.A.T charges ?
All our orders are V.A.T inclusive the total amount you see is what you pay!
4. If l provide my own design can l get my orders printed at a minus design
rate ?
If you provide your own design we will still have to charge you the full amount
as the design service is offered free when you place a print order!
5. What if l want to place single orders or below the minimum order.
We can in some cases accept single or below minimum orders but would recommend you order the
minimum amount as it will work out allot cheaper for you.
For single or below minimum orders please contact us, as there is a minimum
£15.00 charge for single orders depending on how much work is required this can
go up we may have exceptions on certain items so please do contact us first.

10 A1 Poster Cost = £170.90 Which Works out at £17.09 each
Singles Could cost you £35.00 Each Including Post!
6. What formats of Art work can you accept if I provide my own ?
We can accept JPG, PSD, TIFF, PDF & many popular formats, we would appreciate
you E-Mail us your file in a compressed ZIP/RAR File.
7. How fast can l expect to receive my print / graphic design order ?
You should allow a minimum of 7 days to receive your goods whether they are
prints or graphic work, PVC Banners will be at your door step within 3 days from
your order. 8. How
can I send you my artwork/design ?
You can either post us your art work if it is too big to e-mail (100MB
or more), or you can e-mail it to us, it's up to you we do also provide
a Free FTP service which you can use to upload all art work to, for this
you will need to contact us first and we will assign you a username &
password and give you all necessary details to use the service.
